Standard Boards & Individual Servings

  • Absolutely!

    We’re happy to accommodate any dietary needs. Just let us know in the comment section when placing your order.

  • To ensure the best experience, please place your order at least 72 hours in advance.

    Orders must be submitted by 10 AM, three days prior.

    For large or custom orders, we kindly request 2-3 weeks' advance notice to guarantee we can accommodate your needs.

  • Currently, we don’t have a storefront and exclusively offer catering delivery services.

    Once we’ve worked out the details, we plan to offer shipping for select standard-size boards and individual bento boxes!

  • Currently, we offer delivery-only service.

    Delivery fees are calculated based on your location:

    Local (San Francisco, Daly City, Peninsula): $10–15

    East Bay (Oakland, Berkeley, and surrounding areas): $20–30

    South Bay & Greater Bay Area: $40+ ($200 order minimum)

    Free Delivery: Orders over $250 qualify for free delivery within San Francisco, Daly City, the Peninsula, and select cities in the greater Bay Area.

Grazing Tables

  • We typically require at least 2-3 weeks' advance notice for large & custom orders and confirmation depends on date availability.

    If you have a last-minute request, let us know—if we can find a solution that works for both of us, we’ll do our best to accommodate!

    Setup

    Our team typically arrives 2.5-4 hours before your event to set up the grazing table, depending on the size and complexity of the spread. This allows us to carefully arrange the items and decor to ensure everything is perfect.

    For smaller or simpler setups, we may need less time. After the event, we’ll coordinate with the host to collect rental items, either the same day or the following day, based on the arrangement.

  • Grazing Table Setup & Takedown

    Local Setup/ Takedown → $150–$250

    Service fee

    For orders that require setup, delivery, or extensive customization, an 18% service fee will be applied.

    Out-of-Town Setup → Custom quote based on location

    We will coordinate with the host to arrange a same-day or next-day pickup window for rental boards, risers, and display pieces.

  • Types of Grazing Table Setups

    Flat Lay Grazing Table

    For a relaxed, stylish presentation, the flat lay grazing table is a seamless and easy-to-manage option. Arranged directly on a flat surface, it offers a beautiful spread that your guests can enjoy at their leisure. After the event, everything can be easily disposed of—no cleanup or items to save, making it a hassle-free choice for you.

    Tiered Grazing Table

    Elevate your event with a premium tiered grazing table that adds height, sophistication, and visual impact. This setup creates a striking focal point, perfect for impressing your guests. We’ll collaborate with you to ensure the design matches your theme, and our team will handle the collection of all equipment after the event, leaving you to relax and enjoy.

    Custom Spreads & Grazing

    Based on your menu options, food may be displayed in catering chafing dishes, along with a mix of risers and other elements. Displays are tailored to your food choices and what we feel would look best for presentation. This setup is similar to a tiered grazing table, offering a customized and visually appealing arrangement that suits your unique style.

  • The table is arranged for self-serve, allowing guests to enjoy the spread at their convenience.

    Please note that there is no staff replenishment included. However, if you would like staff assistance during the event, we can provide a server for a fee starting at $50 per hour.

  • Tables are set up for self-serve, giving guests the freedom to enjoy the spread at their leisure. Staff replenishment is not included.

  • To manage expectations and ensure the highest quality service for our grazing tables and custom spreads, we kindly request that all orders be placed 2.5 to 3 weeks in advance. This allows us ample time to plan, source ingredients, and create the perfect spread for your event.

Standard Boards

A standard board is a customizable item, available in sizes ranging from small to large. Prices are listed as marked, and additional upgrade options can be added at an extra cost.

Custom Orders

Pricing varies based on ingredients, portions, and presentation. Let’s discuss your ideas, and we’ll create a custom quote.

Do I get to keep the board?

  • Charcuterie Boards:
    Delivered on disposable trays, or you can upgrade to a wooden or stone board that’s yours to keep.

  • Grazing Tables:
    Boards, risers, and display items are rentals and will be picked up after the event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Board Orders (No Setup) – Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before delivery: Full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

  • Within 48 hours of delivery: 15% cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations (no-show): Non-refundable

Grazing Tables & Custom Boards (With Setup) – Cancellation Policy

  • 3+ weeks before the event: Full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).

  • 1–3 weeks before the event: 25% cancellation fee.

  • Within 1 week of the event: 50% cancellation fee.

  • Within 48 hours of the event: Non-refundable
